Pursuant to an Order for Sale entered by the Circuit Court of Pittsylvania County, Virginia on the 5th day of March, 2014, in the matter of Mod-U-Kraf Homes, LLC v. Darlene Berger and Sandra Berger, Case No. CL13000270-00, the undersigned Special Commissioner will offer for sale at public auction on May 15, 2014 at 9:00 a.m. that certain real estate, together with any improvements thereon, known as 2763 Wade Road, Pittsville, Virginia, Tax GPIN 2501-34-8841, and more particularly described in the above mentioned Court file. The auction will occur on the front stairs of the Circuit Court for Pittsylvania County, One North Main Street, Chatham, VA 24531.
TERMS OF SALE: Cash. Payment of the entire winning bid payable to the Honorable H.F. Haymore, Jr., Clerk, as general receiver for the Pittsylvania County Circuit Court, shall be required from the successful bidder within twenty-four hours of the conclusion of the auction. Upon default by the successful bidder, the property shall be re-auctioned.
