In execution of a certain deed of trust dated November 30, 2010, in the original principal amount of $292,250.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office, Circuit Court for Franklin County, Virginia, in Deed Book 0991 Page 00108 Instrument No. 100009185, the undersigned Substitute Trustee will offer for sale at public auction in the front of the Circuit Court building for Franklin County, 275 South Main Street, Rocky Mount, Virginia on May 18, 2015 at 10:45 am the property described in said deed of trust, located at the above address and more particularly described as follows: LOT 41, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OF INDIAN RUN SUBDIVISION WHICH SAID MAP IS OF RECORD IN THE CLERK'S OFFICE OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF THE COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, VIRGINIA, IN PLAT BOOK 4, PAGE 195, A REVISION OF SAID MAP BEING FOUND IN PLAT BOOK 5, PAGE 141; AND TOGETHER WITH THE PROPERTY WHICH LIES BELOW THE 800 FOOT CONTOUR LINE OF SMITH MOUNTAIN LAKE, ADJACENT TO THE SAID LOT, EMBRACED WITHIN THE EXTENION OF THE SIDE LOT LINES TO THE ORIGINAL WATER LINE, PROIR TO THE IMPOUNDMENT OF THE WATERS OF SMITH MOUNTAIN LAKE.
