"My wife and I have been visiting Highland County since 1974. The Blue Grass Valley is one of the most spectacular areas of the county. On this day in October, the sky was particularly interesting with the still-green fields and red-roofed house. It's an honor to be recognized as a Virginia photographer," Baker said.
