The silver screen returns to the historic Aurora Theatre on Saturday with the reopening of the East Aurora classic under new management. It was acquired by West Herr Automotive and extensive renovations were completed.

Margaret Evans Price 1925 painting
One of two giant 1925 paintings by Margaret Evans Price hangs in the rear of the Aurora Theatre, which reopens Saturday. The paintings were originally plastered to the walls in the front of theater. In 2000, a team from Buffalo State College's art conservation department conducted a meticulous restoration of the works, allowing them to be rehung.
