The Franklin County Board of Supervisors and Franklin County Public Schools have plans to convert the former Mod-U-Kraf building in Rocky Mount into a Career and Technical Education facility for the school and a 911 dispatch center for the county.
The Rocky Mount Planning Commission moved plans for a career and technical education center forward Tuesday evening with a recommendation to rezone the former Mod-U-Kraf property to allow for classes at the industrial site.
