The American Customer Service Index says Chick-fil-A scored 83 out of a possible 100 points, putting it a few points ahead of the second-place finisher, Domino’s pizza – but one point below its score last year.
The study was based on interviews with 19,423 customers via email between April 1, 2020, and March 29, 2021. “Customers were asked to evaluate their recent experiences with the largest companies in terms of market share.”

Taco Bell is testing a service where customers can pay between $5 to $10 per month for a Taco Lover's Pass, which gives subscribers one taco a day for 30 days.
The Klondike Choco Taco will be added to menus at select Taco Bell locations. The company said that the treat is a test, hinting at the possibility it could expand nationwide.
The decision comes as Starbucks works to change the company culture under interim CEO Howard Schultz — and as employees across the country vote to unionize.
The addition was part of a wider effort by the chain to increase efficiency and use up more of its ingredients, which has also seen KFC introduce offerings such as chicken wing tips to its menu.
