Gov. Abigail Spanberger answers questions from reporters Monday about her first 100 days in office. “Two weeks before I was inaugurated, I unveiled my affordable Virginia agenda, a package of solutions designed to be a first step towards lowering the costs of health care, energy, housing. And I'm happy to report that on our 100th day in office, the entire affordable Virginia agenda is now enacted and we are continuing to provide practical, tangible solutions for people,” she said.
Gov. Abigail Spanberger is vetoing legislation that would allow public employees to bargain collectively for wages and benefits, according to the bill's patron, Senate Majority Leader Scott Surovell, D-Fairfax.
