HART JR. Robert Lee Robert (Bobby) Lee Hart Jr., of Cedar Park, Texas, formerly of Franklin County, Va., passed on to a better life on Thursday, September 28, 2017 after a lengthy battle with colon cancer. Surviving are his wife, Aida; his step-daughter, Dalia; his parents, Robert and Mary Belle Hart; his sister, Susan; and beloved niece, Kirsten. Bob is also survived by his uncle, John Thomas (Ronda); and many cousins, aunts and uncles. Bob is 1985 graduate of Franklin County High School and a 1989 graduate of Syracuse University. After college, Bob moved to Texas and remained there while working in the IT world. He met, then married, the love of his life, Aida, in August of 2009. The family wishes to thank everyone for their love and support of Bob, Aida, stepdaughter Dalia, especially these last few months. In lieu of flowers, please consider making a donation to the American Cancer Society for research for colon cancer. Memorial services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel at 5 p.m. Saturday, October 14, 2017 with the Rev. Mark Griffith officiating. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
