William P. Swartz Gymnasium is the home venue for Ferrum College’s men’s and women’s basketball, men’s and women’s wrestling, men and women’s swimming and volleyball teams. The pool is on the basement floor of the building, which opened in the 1960s and also includes coaches’ offices, a trophy room, locker rooms, classrooms and faculty offices.

FERRUM—In accordance with the NCAA Division III Old Dominion Athletic Conference (ODAC) , Ferrum College is prohibiting spectators to attend sports events staged at William P. Swartz Gymnasium during the spring semester.
