Thomas "T.J." Robertson, Franklin County
Arrested Jan. 13, 2021. Charged with obstructing an official proceeding, participating in a civil disorder, entering a restricted building, disorderly conduct in a restricted building, violent entry of the Capitol, tampering with evidence.
Status: Set for a jury trial that begins Monday. Being held without bond.
Jacob Fracker, Franklin County
Arrested Jan. 13, 2021. Charged with obstructing an official proceeding, entering a restricted building, disorderly conduct in a restricted building, disorderly conduct in the Capitol.
Status: Pleaded guilty March 18 to conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding. To be sentenced later. Free on bond.
Jeremy Groseclose, Montgomery County
Arrested Feb. 26, 2021. Charged with obstructing an official proceeding, participating in a civil disorder, entering a restricted building, disorderly conduct in a restricted building, parading or demonstrating in the Capitol.
Status: Set for trial Aug. 6. Free on bond.
Joshua Haynes, Covington
Arrested July 1, 2021. Charged with obstruction of an official proceeding, entering a restricted building, disorderly conduct in a restricted building, destruction of property (equipment of news media crews), violent entry of the Capitol, parading or demonstrating in the Capitol.
Status: No trial date set. Being held without bond on unrelated domestic violence charges in Covington.
Markus Maly, Botetourt County
Arrested Jan. 25, 2022. Charged with assaulting police officers with pepper spray, participating in a civil disorder, entering a restricted building with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct in a restricted building, engaging in physical violence in a restricted building.
Status: Set for trial Nov. 1. On home detention with electronic monitoring.
