ROCKY MOUNT — Chef John Schopp has made a career out of creating meals. Since the age of 16 he has worked in kitchens honing his skills, eventually becoming a chef and cooking for artists performing at Roanoke’s Berglund Center and Jefferson Center and Rocky Mount’s Harvester Performance Center.
