The folks behind the Ballast project in Scott's Addition will be bringing Slack Tide Fish Co., a global coastal restaurant and raw bar, to the space, as well as a Yellow Umbrella market. A Cirrus vodka tasting room is also planned for the space. The Yellow Umbrella and Cirrus tasting room are expected to open in February, with Slack Tide Fish Co. expected to open in March.
